Brussels Basket move to Palais 12 to play his home games in the Euromillions Basketball League !

Phoenix Brussels will be leaving Neder-over-Heembeek until March and will play their home games at the Palais 12 in the Euromillions Basket League.

Palais 12 is an indoor arena in Brussels used for concerts, spectacles and sports events. With a capacity of roughly 10,000 seats in basketball configuration, it is one of the largest indoor venues in Belgium.

After several months of work and effort, an agreement was reached between the the City of Brussels, Brussels basketball club and the Brussels Expo team which will allow, until mid-March, the team to play their home game at the Palais 12.

It is a privilege to play in such a spectacular arena and we have only one desire, it is to got our fans back in order to end the season together”, said Nikkel Kebsi, the GM of Brussels .

Even if the games will be played behind closed doors for now, it is a great sign from the city of Brussels towards Brussels Basketball. Despite being warm, the hall of Neder-Over-Hembeek is too little for a professional club both on and off (VIP, etc… ) the court

More than ten matches will be played at the Palais 12 starting with the Belgian Cup which is scheduled for this Tuesday against Mechelen.
