Mikael Jantunen signs with Oostende

Mikael Jantunen signs with Oostende.

Oostende announced the signing of the Finnish power forward Mikael Jantunen (2m03). Jantunen, 21 years old, played last season in the NCAA for Utah where he averaged 8.9 points and 4.5 rebounds.

Jantunen is a regular member of the Finnish national team, with whom he played against the Belgian Lions a few weeks ago in Japan.
Jantunen is the second for Oostende after American playmaker Phil Booth.
