Stephaun Branch will remain a Giant for one more season

The Antwerp Giants have just announced that combo guard Stephaun Branch has extended his contract with the club for one more season. Branch joined the Giants during the course of the past season in December 2019 to bolster the Giants’ backcourt who were at that time missing Sanders due to an injury.

With his strong play Branch quickly found his spot on the team and ended up averaging 9.0 ppg, 4.0 rpg, 1.8 apg & 1.5 spg in a total of 13 games played (EMBL and Champions League combined).

With him staying on the team and the earlier announced arrival of Speedy Smith, the Giants look like they’re well on their way of putting together a very competitive roster for next season.
