Toumani Camara enters the NCAA transfer portal

Toumani Camara enters the NCAA transfer portal, which means he will probably leave Georgia.

Belgian prospect Toumani Camara has entered the NCAA transfer portal. It means that Camara can now talk to other coaches in order to play for another school. Georgia did not managed to play the March Madness this season, despite a strong season from Camara. He averaged 12.8 points and 7.7 rebounds per game.

“We truly appreciate Toumani’s contributions to our program. But we all must realize this is how college athletics is played now, and it’s here to stay. We will use the NCAA portal to our advantage and work diligently to recruit young people that want to take full advantage of the tremendous education we have to offer and the incredible opportunity to be a part of our program.”, said Georgia coach Tom Crean.

According to sources, Camara already talked with the Miami Hurricanes, where Manu Lecomte played between 2013 and 2015.
