Vincent Gielen remains with Zentro Basket as they move up to LEB Silver

19 year old Belgian Center Vincent Gielen has re-signed with Zentro San Jorge Madrid Basket for his second season with the club.

Last season Gielen was amongst the team leaders as he averaged 12.7 ppg (2nd on the team), 6.1 rpg (2nd on the team), 1.3 apg, 0.8 spg & 0.5 bpg in a total of 20 games played. Throughout the season he recorded 3 Double-Doubles including a 12 points & season-high 15 rebounds performance in a win at Estudiantes.

With these excellent numbers Gielen clearly had a large impact on the results of the squad that will now promote to LEB Silver.
